Job Purpose

•Responsible for QualityManagement function in the IS&T Department. Responsible for the

·formulation,implementation and reviewing of all Policies, Procedures in the IS&TDepartment.

•Implement and maintainIntegrated Management System based on Industry Best Practices and

·Standards

•Implement and ensurethe effectiveness of IT Controls Framework.

•Operation of IT ProjectManagement Office.

•Assist Head of ITGovernance in strategic matters.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

Education level (Required/Equivalent)

•Bachelors/MastersDegree in Engineering/IT/Computer Applications.

•ProfessionalQualifications (Desired)

•Certification in ISO 9KLead Auditor

•ITIL Foundation Level,HDI-SCTL

•COBIT Certification(Foundation or Higher)

•Project ManagementCertification (PMP/Prince 2)

•ISO 20K Auditor/LeadAuditor/Consultant (Preferred)

•ISO 27K Auditor/LeadAuditor (Preferred)

•Work Experience(Required)

•Minimum of 5-7 yearsprevious IT or Business experience

•Minimum of 2-3 years asa Quality specialist/IT Governance Specialist

•Experience inmanagement role (Preferred)

•Knowledge andexperience in Industry best practices and standards.

Skills

•Excellent command of English.Arabic language is an added advantage.
